Books will be shipped by Royal Mail within 7 - 14 days of purchase. We are a small business so please allow a longer . We appreciate you patience and your patronage. If you have any issues with your books or their delivery please email the team at admin@northodox.co.uk and we'll aim to get back to you promptly.

Customers outside of the UK may expect additional charges to be applied to items shipped and dispatched. Please check the cost of your items and their shipping before proceeding with any purchases.
Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date for most items, provided that they are in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@northodox.co.uk to obtain a return authorization number.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with the return.
